pre-qualified are then able to complete billing, fill out a patient intake form, and schedule their
initiation consolation with one of our board-certified psychologists.
After your consultation, a prescription will be sent to our US-based, FDA certified, DEA
licensed partner pharmacy. You will then receive a month’s supply of daily-dosed ketamine
